The Counseling Center and the Registrar's Office are available to send transcripts to colleges, universities, scholarship organizations, etc.
Complete the Transcript Request Form found on this page and bring it to the Counseling Center during the school year. If the Counseling Center is not available (or closed for summer, etc.) bring it to the Registrar's Office.
If you have graduated from West Jordan High School and would like your transcripts sent to approved institutions, you can contact the Counseling Center at 801-256-5620 (during the school year) or the Registrar's Office at 801-256-5629 (during the summer). If you need a transcript to be handed to you, you will be required to bring a photo ID before you can receive the transcript. Because of FERPA laws, transcripts for former students will only be given to the student (with the proper ID).
